In order to maintain our high standard of service delivery, we ensure that all staff are continuously trained, and competent in all areas of security. Security Personals are given rigorous training so that they can best cater to their responsibilities. VSMS strictly follows the general requirement procedures (based on international standards) and strict interviewing procedures to recruit one of the best and most efficient personnel in the industry.
For a proper check on the security guards, field officers / supervisors visit the site twice a day, manager inspects once every alternate day and senior staff does inspection weekly. Surprise checks are also done and strict action is taken against any inappropriate behaviour. We also use some other methods for screening and training which are confidential. Our stringent rules and state-of-the art scrutiny equipments has made us leaders in this industry.
